About the award

Recognising reform inside the Public Service

The Anugerah Inovasi Perdana is awarded to Ministries and Government Departments whose improvement and reform initiatives have measurably changed how public services are delivered. Until this cycle, every application travelled on paper — printed forms, physical identity documents and hand-carried infographic reports routed between offices. This platform replaces that route end to end.
